TERMS OF USE — ME MY BABY

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER

The information in Me My Baby is meant to inform and support you day to day. It never replaces the advice of a health professional (doctor, midwife, nurse, pediatrician). Always consult a professional before any decision about your pregnancy, birth or your child's health. In an emergency, call your local emergency services right away.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. Merchant: Me My Baby — Quebec (Canada) J0N 1P0 — Memybaby.app@gmail.com.

2. THE SERVICE

Me My Baby supports parents from the wish to have a child up to age 5. The pregnancy calculator and the ovulation calculator are free for everyone. The rest of the content and tools is reserved for subscribed members. Content and features may change over time.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country). An account is personal: don't share your password. You are responsible for the information you enter, including information about your children.

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Articles, tools, calculators, growth charts and planners are provided for information only, with no diagnostic or prescriptive value. Novaris and Léa are virtual assistants powered by artificial intelligence, not health professionals: their answers and suggested menus may contain errors or be incomplete. Always check with a professional, especially in case of allergy, illness, high-risk pregnancy or worrying symptoms. The ovulation calculator and cycle tracker give estimates and must never be used as a method of contraception. Forum posts reflect other parents' personal experience and are not professional advice.

5. SUBSCRIPTION, FREE TRIAL AND PAYMENT

The subscription (monthly or annual) starts with a 5-day free trial, then renews automatically with the same payment method until cancelled. Prices are shown before taxes; applicable sales taxes based on where you live are added at payment. Payments are sold and processed by Stripe (Link), which acts as the official reseller and sends you the receipts. You can cancel at any time from "Manage my subscription": access continues until the end of the period already paid. The annual plan is non-refundable once paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any withdrawal or refund rights granted by the law of your place of residence (for example the 14-day period in the European Union) apply: write to us to exercise them. 6. PROMO CODES

A promo code applies according to the conditions shown when it is used (discount, duration, eligible plan, end date). It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged and may be withdrawn for new signups; a discount already obtained remains valid for its planned duration.

7. PRICE CHANGES

If the price of your subscription changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can then cancel at no charge before that date.

8. SHARING WITH A PARTNER

You can invite one person to view some of your data in read-only mode. You are responsible for choosing who receives your code. You can remove access at any time.

9. FORUM AND POSTED CONTENT

Be respectful and kind. Posting hateful, harassing, misleading, promotional or illegal content, or personal information about someone else, is not allowed. Don't present medical advice as certain. You can report a post that breaks these rules. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks them. You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow us to display it (and translate it automatically) in the app.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

It is forbidden to try to access another person's account or data, to copy the app's content by automated means, to interfere with its operation, or to use Novaris or Léa for illegal or malicious purposes.

11. PLANNERS AND PRINTABLE DOCUMENTS

Planners, calendars and PDF documents are for your personal and family use. They may not be resold or redistributed.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The app's texts, illustrations, planners and design belong to Me My Baby and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. TERMINATION

You can delete your account at any time from "My subscription" → "More options" (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

14. AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do our best to keep the app running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, Me My Baby is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

15. CHANGES

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription at no charge before that date.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, subject to the rights granted to you by the laws of your place of residence.
